Video / DVD
For a concise summary of the Guaifenesin protocol, the Fibromyalgia Treatment Center have produced a video of Dr St. Amand and Claudia Craig Marek lecturing on the Guaifenesin Protocol. It is especially useful as an overview if you are very brainfogged. It is also a very useful resource to explain Dr St. Amand's theory of FMS and how guaifenesin works to doctors or relatives. Also available as a DVD.
